Cancelation Policy

Call 48 hours before …

Your appointments are very important to us at The Club by Dominik Mager and the time booked for your service is reserved especially for you. 

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, especially during this time of pandemic when we have had to adjust our capacity policies to keep you safe.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

We make it a point to confirm all our appointments 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Therefore the following with apply for all cancellations within the 48 hour window: 

• Less than 48 hour notice from you will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

• or “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

A credit card "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
