Dear Customer,

We always do a complete consultation and take every step necessary to ensure your safety and the best possible results. While we are confident in our knowledge and experience, sometimes the unexpected can happen. It is impossible for us to ask questions regarding every possible circumstance that could result in an unwanted outcome. Hair color and hair lighteners along with other chemicals that we may use on your hair can react with any other type of chemical or metal agent that may be present in your hair. If in doubt, mention it! While we adhere to strict guidelines with regard to color, lighteners, and chemicals, we cannot foresee every possible outcome. If you are not forthcoming about what may be on your hair it is possible you could experience anything from hair breakage, chemical burns and undesired color results.

It is responsibility of the customer to inform artist of any allergy, sensitivity, past hair color reaction or any previous incident with hair or skin.

We do not give refunds. Products cannot be returned due to safety concerns.

Liability Disclaimer:

In no event shall DM Club, its contracting party, employees and agents or any employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement or substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of services of DM Club, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, including but not limited to those caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, defect, delay, theft or destruction whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence or under any other cause of action.

Informed consent: By taking Color appointment, specifically chemical treatment you consent to this and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, DM Club’s owners, employees, agents and assigns from any liability claim or action arising from the application of hair coloring products or any other service or product.
