Safety of our valued customers

The safety of our valued customers and staff is our top priority during this pandemic. We are committed to continue providing you the best service possible while meeting the highest sanitation and hygiene standards in the salon industry. To enjoy your experience tp the fullest, we request that guests be aware of and abide by the following standards to help us ensure everyone's safety and comfort, while continuing business as usual.

As your trusted neighborhood hair salon, we are committed to: 

1. Exceeding all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene including fully sanitizing all service spaces between each service and sanitizing all linens, towels, robes, etc for each service

2. Training employees on sanitization and hygiene standards and prohibiting employees who not 100% well from engaging with guests or guest areas.

3. Enforcing washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds at the at the end of each service

4. Ensuring that all of our staff is always wearing gloves, face masks or face shields and any other personal protective equipment as recommended by the city.

4. Providing customers with face masks if they do not already have them when entering the salon. 

5. Ensuring that the salon is sparsely occupied at all given points in time, so that social distancing standards can be maintained by guests and staff. 

As our values customer, we request,

Refraining from visiting the salon if you have a fever or communicable illness, or if you are under isolation or quarantine.

2. Respecting the spa's sanitation and hygiene standards, including washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds at the beginning and end of your service.

3. Always wearing personal protective equipment such as face masks and gloves when at the salon. 

4. Making sure you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance so the salon may accommodate other guests in your place. Please note there will be 100% cancelation or No Show fee on the appointment if a cancellations is within 48 hours of the appointments. Please read our cancelation policy
